Write to contact@jocisland.org. We read everything, and we answer questions about a piece, a measurement or a fabric as soon as one of us has the drawing in front of us.
Questions about an order already placed, a delivery or a return go to our retail partner, where the order was placed: we do not see orders and cannot change them.
If a measurement on a page does not match the piece in your room, tell us the page and the number. That is the most useful letter we get.
