The fridges are all 24 inches wide and slide under a counter, so confirm your cutout height and depth. The ceiling fan spans 84 inches. It wants a ceiling at least nine feet high and a room wide enough that the blades don’t crowd the walls.

Once the size works, pay for the parts you touch or hear. In a hot tub, that’s the jets. Stainless steel jets hold up better than plastic and deliver a steadier stream. The four-person tub has nearly half again as many, so the massage reaches more of your back and legs. For the refrigerators, dual-zone cooling keeps white wine at one temperature and soda at another. On the fan, the LED light is convenient, but a quiet, balanced motor matters more. Several pieces, including the hot tubs, are marked as easy assembly. You can have them running the same afternoon without a crew.

This department isn’t for everyone. None of the pieces have storage or charging ports. If you want a hot tub with a built-in cooler or a fan with USB, look elsewhere. The hot tubs are permanent acrylic fixtures, not inflatable spas. They need a prepared site, a GFCI-protected outlet, and a plan for winter if you live where it freezes. The ceiling fan is too large for a bedroom or a low ceiling. The fridges are under-counter models, not full-size refrigerators. If you’re building a complete outdoor kitchen, this is a starting point, not the whole room.
